Ø All-new exterior design
The mid-engine placement of the drivetrain has altered the proportions; however, the new 2020 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray positions the cabin in the center of the car, which is why it has an f slightly longer nose than other cars using a similar layout. These proportions, along with signature styling nods like the sharply creased character lines, double roof bubble, split front intakes, and horizontal taillights, uphold a strong connection with previous generation Corvettes. Moreover, the Corvette coupe has got a removable roof panel for open-air driving. Further, the rear engine cover features a 3.22 mm-thick glass window, which is to show off the engine.
The C8 Corvette rides on a 107.2-inch wheelbase and measures 182.5 inches in overall length, which is an increase of 2.7 inches over the previous front-engine model. At 48.6 inches tall, 2020, Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is virtually the same height as the car it replaces. Further, the Corvette rides on 19-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels shod with Michelin Pilot Sport rubber. Moreover, the 2-seater tips the scales at 3,535 pounds. The disc brakes are made from Brembo with 4-piston calipers front and rear, respectively.
Ø All new and enhanced Interior design
The interior of the car features a twin cockpit layout with a center console that divides the driver and passenger seats with a long row of buttons, which are for the heated seats, climate controls, and other vehicle functions. Further, the 2020 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is offered only with 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission; thus, the Corvette has small levers to select a drive and reverse, along with buttons engaging neutral and park.
There are two display screens, one a 12-inch configurable unit in the front of the driver and secondly a driver-oriented center touchscreen for infotainment. Moreover, the steering wheel is a squared-off design stimulated by racing cars. Further, the 2020 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray offers the racers three styles of seats to be chosen, firstly a base GT1 design, second being a sportier GT2 version with high-density foam and the third option being a Competition Sport seat with aggressive bolstering, carbon fiber trim, and Nappa leather surfaces.
Further, the cabin offers 37.9 inches of headroom, 54.4 inches of shoulder room, 42.8 inches of legroom, and 52.0 inches of hip room, which are within a tenth to a half-inch of the previous model. However, there is a rear cargo area behind the engine and an additional storage compartment in the nose, which is a total load space of 12.6 cubic feet. Yet Chevrolet says that the new 2020 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray can accommodate up to two standard golf bags in the rear compartment.
Ø The new suspension
The new chassis made of aluminum provokes the use of coil-over shocks so that it can raise the nose 2 inches for speed bumps. Thus each time the nose is raised, the system asks the driver whether the location should be stored in the navigation. It is because then the car can automatically raise its nose at that location in the next round. This system can store up to 1,000 locations.
Ø Two additional modes

In addition to the traditional Sport, Weather, Tour, and Track modes, the 2020 model adds MyMode and Z Mode. The MyMode allows custom settings of the suspension and traction control.
